Pathways to Leadership
About this Program
Pathways to Leadership Fundamentals Training Course addresses the need to build solid leaders for the future. It is a one of a kind program that provides radiologic technologists the leadership fundamentals that will allow them to more easily transition to an entry level management role.
There are 72,000,000 Baby Boomers living in the United States and 10,000 of these boomers retire daily. According to a recent study, 70% of the healthcare leader respondents plan to retire within the next 10 years, resulting in a critical management shortage for the future.
The 24 credit course consists of eight 3-hour webinar sessions that are uniquely designed to provide the essential skills needed to become a successful leader. Sessions are purchased individually and can be taken in any order. Sessions are offered multiple times per year. After completing all 8 sessions students may request a certificate of completion.
Classes are taught by highly qualified leaders and healthcare executives. Students will learn skills through real world case studies and will gain practical knowledge they can use as a new manager.
Take all 8 sessions and request your official Leadership Certificate.
