About this Program

This course introduces Myer Briggs. The course begins with a deeper dive into the eight styles of leadership, their pros and cons, and the reasons why leaders might fall into a particular style. Attendees will learn to recognize leadership styles that have been exhibited and how people react to those styles. The situational leader concept will also be introduced, along with when this style is necessary. Participants will learn that leadership styles are not wrong, they are just different, which is necessary for certain situations.
