Darla Mounce

Darla Mounce, B.A., RT(R)(M) has been a breast imager for 28 years. During this time, she became a certified breast patient navigator and breast self-exam trainer. In addition to the Breast Imaging Coordinator position she held, she also worked as an Independent Breast Imaging Consultant. As an educator for both technologists and the lay public alike, her passion has been to empower women through education. She is also a breast cancer survivor and personally knows the importance of early detection and the impact it has had on the quality of life she now enjoys. Darla currently works for Hologic as Manager of Clinical Services.
